Objective of the measure
Spain and Romania have implemented a new ITU code to optimise international communications.
✔ Freight Transport Requirements
- The extension of the regulation means that all factors involved in road freight transport in Romania will have to adapt and comply with the requirements of the RO e-Transport system.
- Registering each consignment and obtaining an ITU code aims at greater transparency.
✔ Strengthening Bilateral Relations
- Improved connectivity will strengthen trade and cultural relations between the two countries.
- Opens up new opportunities for commercial exchange.
✔ International Support
The measure is supported by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU).
